Unsurprisingly, the Brits have exercised their veto against the new EU Treaty or as it's been called otherwise: "Operation Get the British Dog Out of the European Manger." It doesn't mean the Treaty of Rome is dead, England just won't be apart of it.
"We wish them well,” Cameron said. “My judgment was that what was on offer just wasn’t good enough for Britain. It’s better to allow those countries to do their own thing on their own."
